Quite sour for me with a fine grind and starting from 18g dose / 36g yield in ~35 seconds. Had a little trouble dialling it in (because I'm a noob no doubt...). Right at the end of the bag I decided to lower the dose with a 17g and 16g shot -- these were noticeably more drinkable for me. Will try more in that ballpark if I pick up this bag again some day.
