Streetlevel

I found it hard to dial in the Streetlevel beans; it was a bit sour despite an extremely fine grind and high yield (40-50g from 18g dose). It was a bit frustrating because I felt it was hinting at some really nice citrus notes, which I tend to like. Perhaps it was user error though -- I'll look to return to these one day when I up my espresso game.
